What happens if the battery runs out?
It opens anyway. Connect any USB-C power bank — the same one you use for your phone — and the lock releases immediately. You are never locked out of your own bag.
This is designed behavior, not a workaround, and it is the first thing we would want to know too.
Is this a safe? How secure is it really?
Honest answer: it is a deterrent, not a safe. The lock stops someone opening your bag while it sits on a table, a chair, or an overhead rack. It will not stop someone determined to cut the material or take the whole bag.
Think of it as privacy and peace of mind for everyday carry — not a replacement for a hotel safe or insurance.
Do I need an app or Bluetooth?
No. Nothing to download, nothing to pair, no account to create, no firmware to update. You register your finger directly on the bag and it works from that moment on — including with no phone, no signal, and no battery on your phone.
Will it read my finger if it's wet or cold?
Wet, very cold, or freshly washed fingertips read less reliably — that is true of every fingerprint sensor, including the one on your phone.
The fix is simple: register two or three different fingers when you set it up. Wipe the sensor and your fingertip and it reads on the first try.
How many fingerprints can it store?
Up to 10 — enough for both your hands, or to share access with a partner. Each one takes about twenty seconds to register, and you can delete any of them later.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
No. Import duties and taxes are already included in the price you pay at checkout, and your parcel ships duty-paid. You will never be asked for a payment when it is delivered.
If a carrier ever bills you for duties on an order from us, send us the invoice and we reimburse you in full.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 1–3 business days and delivery takes 5–10 business days across the United States. You get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Tracking often shows no movement for the first few days while the parcel is consolidated for export. That is normal — it is moving.
Can I take it on a plane?
Yes. It contains a small rechargeable lithium battery, so like any device with a battery it travels in your carry-on rather than checked baggage. It is built for exactly that kind of trip — passport, phone, cards and cash, all behind your fingerprint.
Is it real leather?
No, and we will never claim it is. It is pebble-grain vegan leather (PU) with reinforced stitching — chosen because it holds its shape around the lock housing and does not scuff the way coated animal leather does.
What if I don't like it?
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back. Email us, we send you the return address, and your money goes back to the original payment method once it arrives.
If it turns up faulty or it is not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping too.
